Set within a beautifully styled floral courtyard at the Spencer Penn Center, this exclusive, 21+ women-only gathering blends intentional movement, elevated self-care, and meaningful connection in a serene and luxurious atmosphere.
The experience begins with a guided, beginner-friendly Pilates session designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, and reconnect you to your body. Thoughtfully paced and accessible to all levels, this session invites you to move with intention and ease.
Following the session, you’ll transition into a curated post-class experience designed to indulge the senses and create lasting memories.

Join us every Monday at the Spencer Penn Centre for a women-only Phylaties class led by Melodie Ferguson, Pelvic Floor Therapist. Phylaties blends Pilates, pelvic floor strengthening, and therapeutic movement to help improve posture, build core strength, and support total body wellness. This beginner-friendly, low-impact class welcomes all fitness levels and creates a supportive space for women to move, strengthen, and reconnect with their bodies.
